We'll work with you to identify exactly what you want the campaign to achieve over the timescale and then work out timings, styles and approaches over the course of the 12 months period.

When we send out your email as part of our managed service, it goes out solus - on its own with no accompanying message stuck to the bottom of it.

In other words, it gets an audience of its own. It's not part of a shared emailing service where yours might be one of five adverts - it's a standalone advert talking about your company, its products/services and what you want to offer.

It's the day of dispatch - with our yearly campaigns, there'll be 12 of these days every month.

Emails are sent via Meridian Delta's own systems and, at times of great demand where we are at full capacity, by trusted and established partners.

To give you some examples of timing, 10,000 emails will take around about an hour to send off. It's not just about that though, it's about when they are sent off.

We've always found the best time to send emails is on a Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday between 10am and 1pm. For some reason, even though the percentage difference can sometimes be quite small, it's always best to send them then.

Marketing to your potential customers each month will produce more and more direct telephone calls to you every month as buyers become familiar with you, your company and what you offer.

Most successful marketing is a blend of a great & compelling offer and familiarity - the more they see you, the more receptive they are to your company's approaches. Seeing the same company advertise time after time in a structured, interesting campaign gives potential customers absolute peace of mind and increases your chance of success.

"Warm leads" are when a company sends you the contact details of anyone who has clicked through from your email to a landing page/your website. Warm leads consist of a contact name, company name, telephone number and email address - this is delivered direct to you every day.

The company doing your email has access to telephone or mail data linked with an email address. All the emails are tracked meaning that, if a recipient clicks through, there is a unique ID number on the email linking them to a record.

The record is identified to a company name, decision maker and telephone number - we send through these clicks as "warm leads" to you. These are companies who are sufficiently interested enough to click through to read more about you.

The
best way to view this information as potential interesteds now or they know that they'll be back in the buying cycle soon. Use these warm leads to call or write to them - introduce yourself and give your company a chance of winning the business when it's up for grabs.

Around 4 days after your monthly broadcast, you'll get a full report on all the statistics from your campaign, telling us and you what we need to know to move forward successfully.

You'll be getting daily reports on your warm lead clickthroughs - all these will be summarised on your campaign report. We'll also ask you for feedback on how many calls have been made to you so we can track progress this end too.

You'll also get open rates - the number of companies which actually opened your email and read it. We'll be able to tell you how many companies forwarded your email to see if attracting interest outside your chosen target base.
