| Objective |
The goal of this inventive campaign
was to sell as many tickets as possible to
Anthony's show in London.
Our customer, Brainy Business, to their credit,
knew that it was difficult selling the services of
an American motivational speaker to a British
audience. After all, how do you overcome the
cheesy sentimentality we expect from American
speakers?
Brainy Business asked us to look past the
television commercials and to look past our own
prejudices (and we can't pretend they weren't
there). What would make this proposition fly to
the people we were emailing?
It was the facts. It was the track record. It was
the belief. We aimed to get over in Brainy
Business's email that this was an opportunity to
spend time around other business owners. Business
owners at various different stages of their
existence - from the very successful to the
wet-behind-the-ears..
|
| Why did they choose
us? |
Price - our email costs are
probably the lowest in the UK for specialist
business-to-business marketing. Why? We're
interested in getting repeat business from you,
not just the one-offs. Quality data from quality
suppliers.
Spam Protection - all our emails are
strictly business related and conform with the
relevant 2003 EU and UK laws.
Design Services - Ashton Creative designs
get results. Up to 3 times the result of
customer-designed emails. That's fact.
|
| Whom were they
targeting? |
Our data is never more than 9 months
old - thanks to the specialist companies which
supply us with data. We can get to just the
companies you need. Click

For this campaign, we needed to contact companies
who could afford to send 3 or more delegates to
the conference. |
| What were the
results? |
AMS's staff responded quickly to the
request coming in and made a massive profit from
their campaign.

This campaign got over 80 responses for our
client. Considering the size of campaign they
went for, they were delighted with the result. Most response levels at time of writing
however are closer to the average response rate of
1-2 per 1,000.
