Objective The directors of our customers' firm had been trained well. They had an extraordinarily high success rate when it came to collecting overdue debts from late payers and bad payers (even those who had declared bankruptcy)

Using our comprehensive and professionally-compiled data, we were to target companies most likely to sell to other businesses. Businesses often attract much larger outstanding debts if they are selling to other businesses than if they are selling to consumers.

Working closely, they put together their targets. We delivered the company to them.
What were the results? The results were immediate and dramatic. We have been working with debt collection companies since the original sole tradership that preceded this company was founded back in 1998. We drew upon all our experience to help this new company.

Our customer ordered 150,000 emails a week - a massive commitment for any new company. As we all know, companies are at their most vulnerable financially during their early days. After their disappointment with our competitors, it was a massive gamble to take.

All figures given are based on customer correspondence with us. Email marketing is a form of advertising, and as with all advertising it can be successful as well as unsuccessful. We do not guarantee any level of response. On average, for every 1,000 email sent out, there are 1-2 opt outs, even fewer than fax broadcasting! When we receive an opt-out, we remove the number from all databases to ensure they are never emailed by us or the pool participants again.
