Objective
Building
a database from
scratch in this
overcrowded
market-place is
quite a challenge.
Our
job was to hit
potential customers
direct between the
eyes. Our
advertising style is
very loud and direct
- we've got to help
the customer make an
impression within 3
seconds of opening
the email or it's a
failure.
As with many of our
emails, we want to

customer's initial
campaign was for
60,000 emails,
primarily
concentrated around
the Midlands. They
were going for all
companies - under
the belief that
whether a one-man
band or a 50-person
business, public
relations was always

initial 60,000
emails produced 53
responses. Our
customer reports to
us that around 30%
of that turned into
business within 6
