Pagefinder - B2B Email Marketing - How the data is collected

Any marketing campaign rises or falls on the data used. Why buy 20,000 emails from a "cheaper" provider when we can get to 15,000 proper and named buyers for you at less of an overall price?

There's a lot of mystery around the world of email marketing for those who are new to it. Unlike most other email marketing companies, we are completely open and transparent about the data we have and how the companies we broker for collate it. Yes, it costs us a lot more than some of the less compliant methods others use. However, you'll get far fewer complaints and much higher results - our goal is to have a low cost-per-lead and this is the best way to go about it.

Find out more about the precise targeting we offer, backed exclusively by some of the UK's leading data suppliers. With email marketing, you've got to be really careful. The truth is that using cheaper sources of data won't "ruin" your reputation as the market will forget about in days - however, just focus your business on a quality email design sent to named buyers who can make a decision about what you're offering.
Being DMA members since 2006, we're more choosey than ever about the types of companies we want to deal with. After all, the decision we make affects how your business fares with us. We only buy data from the sources we completely trust. Our suppliers are massive, they are friendly, but, most importantly of all, their data is unsurpassed.

There are 10,000+ marketing companies in the country. Only 900 of those 10,000+ are with the Direct Marketing Association (DMA). DMA membership means following an extra set of marketing good practice guidelines in addition to what the law states we must do.

The vast majority of our suppliers are DMA members and, for those who are not, we ask them to show us their data collation techniques before we commit to them.

Many of our data suppliers are ISO 9002 registered. Meridian Delta has not yet applied for ISO 9002 registration.

One of the best business practices we've committed ourselves to is our suppliers' commitment to us and the work we do. We're a straight-forward and honest company committed to carrying out the best practices in customer management and the services we offer.

Customers know the quality of our data. Rest assured and feel confident that you'll only pay what's right for you -we're very careful in coming up with exact counts related to your needs as a business. You'll only be quoted for and charged for the data that's relevant to you.

We reject all free email addresses - business to consumer email is too messy and we have no desire as a company to involve you in the daily dramas of deciding whether an email address meets with the Durant ruling and the Data Protection Act.

We only send to companies with legitimate email domains to make sure your message gets directly to the decision maker.

Data on our suppliers' databases are always less than 9 months old. It's some of the most timely marketing information available.

There's complete openness when the data is collated. Everyone rung or written to knows that they are being canvassed for marketing purposes. It's made clear right away. That's why our customers get so few complaints from the data they use. Contacts listed only put themselves on a marketing database if they know other businesses are going to contact them about what they offer.
