We keep very close contact with all of our valued customers. After each campaign goes out, we will phone our customer and make a note of how many enquiries have been gathered as a result of the fax campaigns. We will also occasionally make additional calls to find out how many sales were made as a result. We keep records of customer reports and extrapolate a profit figure and a cost-per-sale ratio. Using these two figures, we then estimate the profit on a campaign. To qualify for the Hall Of Fame, a fax design must have been used for the same customer for six consecutive campaigns (accounting for offer changes), and the customers with the highest scores appear on here.
