only
We hope to be able to cover
primary schools in the future,
but, as things stand, there are
no primary school subscribers to
the service.

The emails are delivered direct
to the work addresses of the
SENCO teachers subscribing to the
service.
The
emails are structured for
maximum deliverability
Up to 60% of schools will not
allow graphical emails through
and many will not accept
attachments from non-recognised
senders. This service is text
only however we can write an
email for you to include your
logo for just £15 extra.
Full
visibility for results
As well as answering the phone
to SENCO teachers who are interested,
full clickthrough and open rates
are included in the price.
Response rates are higher than
the preferred service and
significantly higher than

What is
the preferred email service?
Some schools have a policy where
all inbound emails must go
through the school secretary.
For these types of schools, the
name of the SENCO teacher will be
placed in the subject line for
the school's administrator to
forward to him/her.
Primary
and/or secondary schools?
Just secondary schools - there
are no primary school SENCO teachers contained in this
service
What
does the subject line look like?
When the school's administrator
sees the email, s/he will read
"Attention: Mr JS Bach,
SENCO". This indicates to the
administrator that the email has
not been sent blind.
You can
add your logo to the email for
£15
Other than that, for maximum
deliverability, no other
graphics are allowed and neither
are attachments.

included as part of this

What
are response rates like?
Much higher than emails sent for
the school administrator to
forward where there is no actual
teacher name included. However,
the response rates on this
service are less than on the
