*Minimum order value is £189 or 10,000 faxes (plus VAT). Prices assume a 45-second average transmission time across the order - pro-rata increases for average per-page transmission-time campaigns are chargeable. Prices are for one-page, A4/letter sized fax. Terms and conditions apply - click here to read them.

Charging gradations: Your pricing plan will automatically drop to the lower rate if the amount of faxes required costs more than the minimum number of faxes within a neighbouring band. For example, 19,500 faxes would cost £368.55 + VAT at their given rate. However, 20,000 faxes would cost £275 + VAT at its rate. In circumstances like these, you would only be charged £275 + VAT.

Payment terms: We do not establish accounts for customers due to our market-leading, low-margin rates - pre-payment must be made by either cheque, BACS or credit/debit card.

** based upon a 45-second transmission time on one page.
• Why is there a minimum order value?
The minimum order value is there to cover our costs and make a small profit. It is also there to provide you with the maximum chance to make money out of your order.
• I want to send off 20,000 faxes, but you can only find 5,000 businesses I am after. What do you suggest?
You can either pay the minimum order value, or order 20,000 and get 4 campaigns out of it at the best possible value.
• Do I have to send the faxes off all at once?
NO. You can choose how to use your faxes however you please, and without penality. For example, if you order 10,000 faxes and want to spread the campaign over a couple of weeks, that's absolutely fine. We move at the pace you want to go. The minimum split per part campaign is just 5,000.
• What happens to the prices after this month?
If we have an offer on, it normally will revert back to the normal price. Our normal prices are still usually up to 60% less than our competitors.
• If I decide to split my faxes and it spills over into the following month, will I be charged at next month's rate?
No, definitely not. If you buy at a discounted rate and it spills over into the next month, you will only pay the discounted rate.
