If you offer workwear on a sales or rental basis, you can get high results at a very low cost with fax broadcasting. Faxing offers delivery straight into the office at a very low cost, and our faxes are normally pinned up on the noticeboard. Existing customers say they get calls up to four months after their faxes went out.

To give your company the advantage, you should get in touch today with us.

Objective The customer's current fax broadcasting company had closed down, or so it appeared. Phone calls were not being answered and their website had been down for weeks.

In addition to that, the company they had been using had not been sweeping their numbers thoroughly enough to comply with the Fax Preference Service laws, meaning the company was being swamped with letters for the Information Commissioner threatening them with £5,000 fines.

Our brief was to make sure that they got at least the same level of enquiries for them as the other company, but without jeopardising their future by laxly following the regulations governing the industry.
Who were they targeting? Our customer learned much from their previous broadcaster, and they were determined not to repeat the mistakes they made. However, the data used on their previous campaigns was very unreliable and led to a large number of complaints.

Our data is constantly tested. We are able to choose targets on turnover size, location, number of employees and line of business.

The customer found that, as their minimum order was 24 pieces, they got the best results from companies with 10 or more staff. We have over 350,000 numbers for companies which meet this criteria.

However, due to our experience with other companies in similar fields, we also knew that large orders could be won from companies with 50 or more staff. After discussion with our customer, we advised that they fax one-quarter out to companies with 50 or more staff.
What were the results? Their level of enquiries and average order volume soared after ordering and using us.

On the 10+ employee range, their enquiry rate more than doubled, and they achieved over 60 enquiries from the 15,000 fax outs. The average order value remained static to that which they received from their previous broadcaster. There was a 120% increase in responses using us.

The real revelation of the campaign was the 50+ bracket. Whilst there were only 15 enquiries from this band, over 1,300 pieces were ordered, making it a very profitable campaign. They have increased their faxing to 40,000 a month now.
CURRENT MARKET UPDATE Ask any advertising company and they'll tell you how each of the market sectors they represent are doing. When it comes to promotional workwear, the market seems buoyant although down over the last 3 years. Accept as a business that there is still plenty to be made out there but it'll cost you two or three times more to attract new business than before.

Work with us, whether your offer is a simple polo-shirt deal to get people calling or a 15-20 product fax so potential customers can see what you do.
All figures given are based on customer correspondence with us. Fax marketing is a form of advertising, and as with all advertising it can be successful as well as unsuccessful. We do not guarantee any level of response. Stories covered on this website range from 2001 to the present day and were written at various points during this time.
